Andrew is the creative and commercial force behind LP33.tv, the business he conceived, defined and pioneered. As a hands on CEO he works closely with his management team in ensuring the strongest offering to consumers, a solid commercial grounding and ensuring the business is able to scale rapidly in response to consumer demand.

Andrew has over 20 years of international management experience gained across a number of business sectors including the Music Industry. Until recently, Andrew was Executive Chairman of The Filmnight Group, a company that he founded in 2003. Filmnight (now renamed Saffron Digital) is the UK's largest aggregator of film and related content for the mobile phone sector and is the exclusive content provider to Vodafone, T-Mobile, O2 and Virgin Mobile.

With proprietary encoding, a unique location search capability, handset recognition technology and the first integrated mobile billing platform in the UK, Saffron is also one of the UK's leading mobile content agencies and is one of the first companies to introduce VOD in the UK in conjunction with its partner, Microsoft.

From 1999 to 2003, Andrew was President of Electrolux Home Products (EHP) International. He had full responsibility for profit and loss in all international territories and for the day-to-day management of the business. He achieved a 34% CAGR in revenue over the last 4 years adding over US$1 Billion in additional sales.

Previously Andrew worked for EMI Music (1993-1998) where his last role was that of General Manager/CEO Asia Pacific. In this role Andrew had full profit and loss and creative responsibility for all companies in the Asia Pacific Region.

Earlier Andrew was Chief Financial Officer/SVP Commercial, EMI International and Virgin Music Group. In this dual role he had responsibility for 37 music companies across 5 continents. Key responsibilities included: Development of commercial business models; Development and implementation of strategic, business and financial plans for each company; Market entry and acquisition strategy for aggressive expansion; Re-engineering of under-performing companies; Business analysis/Artist appraisal and deal negotiation; Integrity of Financial Systems/development of policy.

From 1988 to 1993 Andrew worked for Safeway PLC as Head of Strategic Analysis. This was a business development/corporate development role reporting to the Chairman/Chief Executive and to the Main Board. Andrew also worked in a number of positions for BP Exploration (1984-1988).

Andrew has a postgraduate MSc., Dip IC from Imperial College of Science and Technology (University of London). His first degree is from the University of Bradford, Management Centre BSc (Hons) Business Studies.

Regarding voluntary work, Andrew is currently the Chair of the Board of Governors of the University of Bedfordshire. Andrew has held a number of non executive appointments covering numerous sectors and has chaired several publicly quoted companies.
